Pyeongyang Naengmyeon is made of only one wish. Seogwanmyeonok is born with our style and the mindset towards customers.
Chosun created the most luxury food culture in 5000 years of history of Korea. Seogwanmyunok is reproducing 1800’s palace daily meal, Myunsang.
On the holidays or the birthday, guests are served with a Jangguksang. At the big feast or festival, Goimsang is served containing snack, fruits and side dishes. The main thing is Ipmapsang, containing noodles and sides.
On Myunsang, various fruits, snack, noodles and sidedishes are served together. It is served as a stock, Naengmyeon or rice cake soup or dumplings. As a side dishes, meat, raw fish, etc are served. it is now allowed to serve sauce, pickled meats, dried foods etc. Kimchi is served only which has lots of soup, such as Nabak, Jang, Donchimi etc.
