We understand the characteristics of buckwheat and focus on the best taste of buckwheat noodles. We use only buckwheat mixed in unique ways and ratios such as sweet, bitter and other buckwheat to make delicious buckwheat noodles without sticking to the origin or ingredients of buckwheat. By using only buckwheat flour milled at low temperature / low speed within 2hours, we only stick to cold Naengmyean to let you feel the taste and scent.
